The role: At AIRE we are hiring a Global Creative & Content Strategist to lead AIRE content strategy & creativity. You will be responsible for developing global brand content and leading the creative team.What does the Global Creative & Content Strategist do?Elevate brand purpose through storytelling & content plan strategy.Manage the global creative output with qualitative, innovative, and exclusive concepts for a high-end brand.Define & execute a content marketing calendar with a focus on building brand awareness, engagement, repetition & consumer satisfaction.Oversee the Global Social Media Strategy and manage the plan locally.Design transmedia campaigns to meet business objectives: concept ideation, claim, graphic design, content generation & execution through owned channels.Design a global content transmedia strategy: Digital, Social Media, co-brandings, PR/Influencers, and events.Integrate a customer research practice: consumer behavior, insights, and market trends to define buyer persona & messaging segmentation.Lead the creative team: graphic design, copy & social media (5 pax).Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:6+ years of experience leading content creation, advertising, and creative work in advertising agencies/marketing departments.Proficient in English and Spanish.Deep creativity and brand vision, with a track record of developing winning ideas and campaigns that make a difference.Expertise in brand strategy and one or more content, creative, PR/media, and product marketing disciplines.Outstanding project and workflow management skills.Ability to simultaneously prioritize and manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines.Strong quantitative and analytical skills developed to understand and optimize marketing and brand performance.In-depth knowledge of creative, artistic, and design communities.What we offer:Permanent contract.Competitive salary.Bonus scheme.Flexible hours, half-day Fridays, and hybrid work.Gift AIRE experience on your birthday!Private insurance discount.Office located in the heart of Barcelona, in the Borne district.30% off in all our experiences.Team Spirit is our big asset!
