We're searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing international talent acquisition team.This is a great opportunity for a strategic, result-oriented and analytical recruiter based in Barcelona to join an industry leader during an important and exciting transitional phase in our history.
You'll work closely with senior engineering stakeholders split between the UK, Netherlands, and Spain, owning the full recruitment life cycle for engineering by sourcing, attracting and onboarding the best engineering talent into our teams.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring strategy that best supports the team's hiring plans by growing a diverse talent pipeline and being the go-to talent advisor for your business partners.
Support the Head of TA with the delivery of recruitment projects that will drive us towards being an industry leading talent acquisition function.Impact you have at albelli-Photobox Group:Manage 10+ open engineering roles at any given time and in different domains.Be a true business partner, using data you've collected to inform hiring managers on market conditions which also help shape and drive your recruitment strategy and manage their expectations.Create and build a talent pipeline as well as engage with talent externally across social media sites like LinkedIn by sharing content and jobs.Actively share your knowledge of recruitment best practices with the team to enable us all to hire smarter.Advise and coach hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices.Keep Workable ATS up to date in order to maintain clean data for reporting.Requirements:Must Have Experience:Experience recruiting software engineers - can be agency or in-house.Knowledge of the Spanish recruitment market for engineering (UK market knowledge as well is a big plus).Data-driven approach to recruitment, using past data to improve future outcomes.Experience in active sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searches.Experience using ANY Application Tracking System (ATS).Experience partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers and all stakeholders of Tech to drive deliverables for the recruitment team.Experience writing engaging and inclusive job adverts to reach the right audiences.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
