If you're interested in joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a journey to speed up the global transition to clean energy, read on!Position: Business Development ManagerLocation: Barcelona, SpainReporting to: Head of New Business DevelopmentRequirements:In this role, you will support our Partner based route-to-market. You will support the Sales Team in expanding our footprint in Southern Europe - Spain, Italy and Portugal - and growing our installer network. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customers and wants to be part of disrupting the energy and mobility sectors with technology.What we want in your first 12 months at Ohme:Source and build strong relationships with our install partners so they become Ohme advocates.Create your portfolio of distribution partners, including installers, wholesalers and car retailers.Always offer 10/10 customer service. Uphold the Ohme team values and ensure our customers feel valued.Work closely on a remote basis with the wider sales team and customer support team to ensure all data is captured in the CRM platform.Continuously improve and develop the efficiency of your own processes. Always analyse your numbers and targets and be creative on how you can continuously improve your performance.Who you are: Live our values: Move fast, be brave, push the bar, take ownership and be transparent.
