.ADP is hiring a GV Implementation Associate Project Manager. In this position, you will be a member of ADP's Global View Implementation team. Regional Project Management staff are responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets.Associate Project Managers must follow ADP Global View's defined project methodology and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project. We strive for every interaction to be driven by our CORE values : Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, & Social Responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES: Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the ADP GV Project Management Methodology in liaison with Line Manager and Methodology Manager.Contribute to ongoing improvement cycle of implementation process and ensure it is aligned with global best practices and utilizes clear standards and templates.Ensure the successful implementation of projects by leading a team of implementation associates, providing leadership and serving as the primary project-level liaison for clients.Identify the most effective allocation of resources and tools required for projects in compliance with project requirements.Manage the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines, and budget.Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.Oversee the project preparation and planning functions by developing project direction and conversion strategies, establishing project plans, communication expectations, and assigning/scheduling project tasks to the team in accordance with established contracts.Ensure forecast for staffing hours is created and maintained with a high level of accuracy.Plan and schedule resources.Manage project scope, estimate hours, and assess impacts to requested changes.Serve as the project escalation point for issues impacting project success that require resolution.Lead inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks.Coordinate the transition of new clients from Sales to Implementation to Client Services.Ensure definition and compliance to issue management and monitor issues on a weekly basis.Monitor escalation of problems and ensure risk management via mitigation strategies.Ensure proper tracking of change requests with appropriate sign-offs.Effectively communicate relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External)
