Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain company networks, supporting fiber, copper, and fixed wireless infrastructure.Develop and implement robust security procedures to safeguard network equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.Analyze data traffic and monitor network performance to meet company requirements.Implement and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards.Provide exemplary customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma with three to four years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred.Minimum of 2 years' successful network troubleshooting experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.CBRS CPI certification is advantageous.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Familiarity with LAN/WAN design principles.Proficiency in Fixed Wireless design.Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF).Competence in using network equipment such as routers, servers, switches, and modems.Effective problem-solving abilities.Ability to interpret technical documents and information.Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work assignments.Collaborative team player.Salary:$80,000
