Communications Business Partner Pharma SpainYour tasks & responsibilitiesProvides comprehensive advice to business organization on all aspects of communications and assists in setting strategic direction.Develops local communication strategies and concepts based on Bayer's business requirements and global communication strategy.Supports the organization (both Pharmaceuticals and Bayer Iberia) in its strategic transformation from a communications perspective. He/she supports Change Management activities driving the relevant communications campaigns to positively impact the constant transformation of the Pharma organization.Manages topics holistically and develops integrated communication plans, content and activities for all relevant target groups and channels, both internally and externally.Leads and/or supports any external communication within the Business Division.Builds and maintains relationships with key external and internal stakeholders such as decision makers and influencers.Translates business topics into messages relevant to target audiences.Coordinates messages and generates relevant content for the organization, ensuring the share of voice.Organizes internal communication activities/events according to business agenda priorities: Town Hall Meetings, relevant Pharma internal actions when needed.Who you areUniversity degree in a communications discipline or similar.Fluent in English & Spanish for business relations.At least 8 to 12 years of working experience in strategic communication in a communication department or in a communication-related environment (e.g. PR agency, media or journalism).Professional experience in a highly regulated industry sector will be a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team, cross-function, and cross-culture collaboration.Understanding of the business and willingness to contribute further than the functional scope.Advanced knowledge of communication industry practices and upcoming trends.Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong competence in constructively influencing, challenging, and developing relationships with senior leaders.Proactive approach in undertaking a variety of responsibilities and ability to work under pressure.Creative and innovative ideas to land change successfully in a complex company.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a professional manner at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders at the same time.A team player but also able to work under minimal supervision, manage, and prioritize own workload.Your ApplicationThis is your opportunity to tackle the world's biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations, and slowing the rate of climate change.
