If so, we want you to join us as a Customer Support Specialist!Responsibilities :- Provide support within the framework of customer contracts.- Maintain a thorough understanding of customer setups, applications, and agreements.- Enhance efficiency and quality in daily tasks and team activities.- Ensure high professionalism and quality in all services.- Apply business understanding to daily activities and manage invoicing of support cases.- Participate in process and routine development activities.- Support the payroll team to develop payroll skills when possible.Requirements :- Proven customer support experience.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with CRM systems.- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English are mandatory.About SD Worx :SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach.
