We are looking for an Associate Mktg & PVA Manager of Portugal (based in Madrid, Spain or based in Lisbon, Portugal). As an Associate Mktg & PVA Manager you will ensure:
High focus on veterinary recommendation and 'Brand Recommendation Most Often' (BRMO) leadership by providing education, and technical and business development support to the profession, and by bringing veterinary insights to the company.
Position based in Madrid (Spain) or Lisbon (Portugal).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement brand plans and support programs working closely with brand managers.
Identify business growth drivers and develop plans to grow sales and brand recommendation.
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitor activities.
Work with brand managers to implement IMC, projects, translations and participate in meetings and task forces.
Manage implementation of all marketing initiatives, promotional grid, track progress and assess ROI.
Plan, develop and implement brand support materials e.g. POS, Digital content, PR activities.
Work with Professional Vet Affair team to develop and implement educational plans in the vet channel.
Build strong relationships with key vet channel stakeholders such as universities, KTL, and Associations.
Required Qualifications (Behaviors & Skills):
Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science.
3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales in Animal Healthcare or Human Healthcare is a plus.
High level of initiative and motivation.
Knowledge and experience in project management.
Advanced computer skills.
Digital and e-commerce skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and strong ability in cross-functional ways-of-working.
Ability to work independently in a task-oriented environment as well as effectively within a team.
Native Portuguese & fluent in English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication.
Travel Requirements:
Expected percentage of travel: Up to 40%.
