Our Retail Department in Spain is looking immediately for a highly motivated District and Operation Manager (f/m/d) (100 %).
As District and Operation Manager, you will be coordinating, supervising, and supporting the stores in Spain with the goal to reach the sales and profitability results, as well as ensuring smooth operations of the back-office activities.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop the turnover and margins of the area, leading and supporting the store teams in reaching commercial objectives, by implementing commercial plans taking into consideration local specifics.Collaborate with the Area Manager to define and manage the budget, target, store staff and organization, and operational management of the area.Cooperate with Store Managers on implementation and respect of Triumph standards and procedures, ensures training and best practices sharing with the store staff.
Supports the development of team members, and managers recruitment for new staff members (with support of HR department).Ensure and develop knowledge about Triumph's products and collections, cooperate with VM Specialist to guarantee the quality of visuals in the stores, and attractive and commercial presentation of products.Manage the regular and ad-hoc reporting on performance and sales turnover, KPIs, sales figures, stock checks, forecasts.Act as a point of contact for the internal (e.g., finance team) and external counterparts (e.g., local suppliers, maintenance and services providers for the stores).
Develop commercial networks in the area.Nurture good team spirit and positive environment in the teams.Your Ideal ProfileSeasoned professional with minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.Understanding of the back-office retail operations and local retail environment.Experienced with KPIs management and reporting.Proficient with MS Office package (especially Excel).English and Spanish language required, Italian and Portuguese are a plus.Proactive, hands-on attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and people management skills.Willingness to travel on a regular basis.We offer an opportunity in a fast-paced organization which gives those looking for a challenge the possibility to grow with the company and shape the future.
