Strategic Key Account Manager, South of SpainHighly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career EnhancementReporting to General Manager, SpainLocation: Seville, Malaga, Murcia, SpainYour responsibilities:Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory.Identify key customers in the territory.Meet with doctors and decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors.Support key projects/tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.Collect and analyze information of the market, e.G., competitors' activities and customers' requirements for maximizing business opportunities.Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.Work closely with key clients, decision makers, and hospitals in the region.What are we looking for in you?Bachelor's degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred.At least 3 years' experience in sales of USI/PMLS/IVD products (e.G., monitors, anaesthesia machines, ventilators, surgical products, ultrasound, X-ray, laboratory products, etc.) or in a related sphere of the medical device industry.Prepared to travel up to 70% of the time.Fluent in Spanish and a business knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Experienced in working with end users and key clients.Self-motivated with a good teamwork spirit.Ability to work in Spain without the requirement for company sponsorship.What's in it for you?Mindray Europe, as part of the global Mindray business, offers a wide selection of bespoke benefits dependent on your location, along with a competitive compensation package and a commitment to a long-term working relationship.
