ENFLEX is a commercial brand of Volpak which comprises a technological platform, well known for its standard features, simplicity, user friendliness and competitivity.About the RoleProactive Sales development is paramount (for existing and new customers) in coordination with the Area Managers Team and the Coesia CMS Sales Force, to ensure the consecution of the total yearly order intake objective, including the management of the sales structure.Defining a long-term strategy for this technology, including but not limited to portfolio enhancements and key strategic initiatives to achieve the results expected in Volpak's Strategic Plan.Defining and implementing, in coordination with the sales managers, a yearly commercial plan for the portfolio of products and services across the different industries and regions, which should include segmented pricing strategy, key promotional actions, sales objectives and KPIs.Definition of a clear value proposition for each industry addressed and coordinate its clear communication through the sales and marketing teams.Continuous improvement of the industry driven portfolio of solutions, based on the sales and marketing data from the CRM, market intelligence and the voice of our customers.Coordinate with the marketing team the continuous improvement of the configuration and quotation tools for the Sales Structure.Ensure an alignment between the portfolio commercialized, and the Enflex Value Stream, which includes engineering, planning and manufacturing.Sales responsibilities for the US market in specific markets.What You Need to Be SuccessfulFluent in Business (Economics, MBA, International Business).Engineering, Industrial Process and Packaging Operations knowledge is a plus.Flexibility and Change mindset.Clear communication and presentation skills.Consultative Sales in B2B environments.Clear Commercial Orientation.Growth ambition.Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.Ability to manage conflicts
