In your hands.Fully embedded in the CHC Manufacturing Excellence Organization, our team aims at building the best-in-class End to End Manufacturing model and deliver it successfully.Main responsibilities:Contribute to drive the implementation of the CHC Global Manufacturing strategy, aligned with the overall CHC roadmap.Own the Manufacturing Digital core model (ERP mainly in SAP, MES with providers such as Tulip).Drive the design of the Manufacturing ERP Digital Core Model with main stakeholders (Digital, GBS, M&S; ), meeting the requirements of the CHC GBU and CHC customers.Partner with Digital and Manufacturing Community to support the implementation of the ERP Digital Core Model.Build for the business the manufacturing processes in the application Tulip.Ensure that the objectives of standardization and harmonization are maintained and driven during the deployments through proper Organization and Change Management activities.Gather with the process owner all new requirements and change requests maintaining the objective of standardization and harmonization and organizing their prioritization and timely implementation with Digital.Provide education to the Manufacturing community through a strong change management approach and clear guidelines to the operational team.Secure master and transactional data quality by defining data quality criteria, profiling, and auditing data, validating data against business rules, and remediating data quality issues.Conduct regular process maturity assessments and support the operational teams in their corrective and improvement plans.Ensure that the processes of his/her scope are well documented (playbook).Promote a culture of innovation in their scope by understanding trends and future ways of working through external benchmarking and sharing best practices within the Manufacturing community
