Job Description Summary: As a Cost Analyst of the Outbound Logistics EMEA team, you will focus on processing purchase orders for all logistics service transactions of multiple wind energy projects. Process vendor recovery for transport damages and support with creation of EACs. Accountable for the quality of own work.
Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurchase Order creation in Oracle and Local SystemsEnsure contracted Logistics Service Providers receive Purchase OrdersServe as the main contact person for Logistics Service Providers regarding Purchase Orders and payment statusProcesses claims up to 10K EUR from Logistics Service Providers regarding component damagesFollow up with Logistics Service Providers insurances regarding open claimsVendor recovery tracking and reportingSupport Outbound Logistics Specialists with EAC creation of allocated projectsParticipate in lessons learned after project completion to provide feedback to ITO and Sourcing Logistics regarding costsSupport RenTM Team with tool testing developmentsApplies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.Collaborates with others to solve issues.
