Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of account plans, and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) alongside Account Executives and the broader account team.Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and manage cross- and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.Close Sales: Collaborate with Account Executives to build quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Renewal Support: Partner with the Renewal Team, Account Executives, and the broader account team to ensure customer retention and facilitate renewals.Business Case Development: Build and present tailored business cases to demonstrate the value proposition of your solution(s) to customers.Primary Accountabilities:Achieve or exceed sales quotas for your assigned accounts and solutions.Drive bookings and revenue for your solution family.Expand stakeholder network within customer organizations.Develop and close pipeline opportunities through up- and cross-sell strategies.Effectively communicate the value of solutions both internally and to customers.Work cross-functionally to showcase the full capabilities of solution family and uncover additional cross-sell opportunities.What You'll Need to Succeed:Strong communication and relationship-building skills to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.Proven consultative selling skills and the ability to convey the value of products to solve customer business challenges.Expertise in early opportunity identification and pipeline management from qualification to closure.Ideally, experience in web/app tracking, data/business analytics, 1st Party Data Management, Marketing Automation, or Customer Journey Management.Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.
