Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the person occupying this position will work under a 2-shift system and will have the following functions: Management of occupational risk prevention: Show commitment in prevention, safety and environment, facilitating from their functions a safe environment, taking immediate action on potentially unsafe situations, 'if you see it, act' (you see you own). Report any safety, prevention or environmental incidents of which you become aware. Performance management: Preparation and review of data relating to the ship's operations after completion. Control the quality of recorded data. Analysing and updating data and reports on activities for operational reporting. Manage customer complaints and non-conformities. Requirements: Ability and fluency in the use of English. Level Advanced. The candidate must be results oriented. The candidate must be customer oriented. Knowledge of office automation package.
