Roles Responsibilities Analyze customer lifecycle data for personalizing marketing automation, campaigns, offerings, together manage already existing marketing automation (copy, visuals, and target audiences). Implement customer lifecycle tactics and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth for active, lapsed, and churned customers. Translate business objectives, product roadmap, channel requirements, and customer insights into comprehensive and targeted marketing programs for key segments of customers. Analyze post-campaign results and communicate insights effectively to the team and management. Be the owner and champion of your projects. Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and retention. Role Requirements Work experience in customer lifecycle management (mapping, optimizing customer journeys and campaigns and leading creative/ communications side of the business) or related roles. Excellence in execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Result-oriented with a focus on driving continuous improvement. Comfortable and thrive working under pressure in a competitive and fast-changing environment, whilst multi-tasking priorities. Familiarity with customer engagement management (CRM) software and/or marketing automation tools (SFMC, Braze, Oracle, Adobe). Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to tell a story. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Nice to have Requirements High proficiency in Italian and/or German languages.
