For our client located in Heeg, we are looking for Yacht Mechanics. This company is fully engaged in building different types of yachts: the 55, 55s, and the newest addition, the 44. They follow a structured process where the yachts are built in various phases, starting with the polyester hull. Many of the components are assembled outside the boat, in the shed, allowing for extensive preparatory work. Then comes the moment when you, as a Yacht Technician, step into action!
As a Yacht Technician, you will install various components on the yacht, such as:
Volvo Penta enginesGeneratorsHydraulic pumpsThe IPS, Fender, and air conditioning system The electronic panels that are to be placed on the yacht are installed by you and connected by the electrical team. Besides installing and assembling all these different components, you will also keep track of changes in working drawings and schematics.
