You'll be the backbone of our agency, ensuring everything runs smoothly while our creative teams focus on what they do best.Have we mentioned we have a 4-day workweek?The core responsibilities for this position are:Oversee company-wide resource allocation and team schedulingManage company finances, budgeting, and expense trackingDrive operational efficiency through process improvement and smart tool implementationMonitor and report on project and company profitabilityManage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and service providersOversee administrative staff and external consultantsChampion the implementation and optimization of digital tools and workflowsEnsure efficient resource allocation across all projects and teamsWe're looking for:5+ years of operations management experience in a creative agency settingProven track record of implementing and managing agency metrics and KPIsStrong financial acumen with experience in project profitability trackingExcellence in digital tool usage (project management software, spreadsheets, etc.
