As the E-commerce Coordinator Production, you will support the website traders and content managers to deliver best-in-class experience for our users on site.YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES.Trade & Content Campaign Execution:Ensure our website and app are showing the right and relevant products and content.
Update homepage banners, category pages assets, navigation changes in line with brief.
Creation of promotion and markdown codes/mechanics in line with brief.
Conduct daily on-site checks to ensure functionality is as expected.
Content scheduling including communications such as push notifications.Product Go Live:Execution of Complete the Look.
Creation of new categories, product attributes & values in line with brief.
Day-to-day workflow management to support smooth running of Trade and Content teams.HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.1-2 years of relevant e-commerce production experience.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
Fluency in English is required.
Strong communication skills.
Eye for detail, works to a high level of accuracy.
Ability to problem solve independently, as well as collaborate with team members.
Experience with e-commerce content management, Hybris and/or Amplience is a plus.
