Overview
What you will be doing:
Meet or exceed targets through the identification and prioritization of opportunities and execution of the company's channel sales process.
Work with regional sales leadership to develop a channel plan in alignment with the strategic sales goals of the territory.
Proactively manage a set of Partners to drive incremental partner sourced opportunities and revenue.
Develop and execute a regional territory partner recruitment plan.
Manage sales enablement plan to drive partner productivity.
Take ownership and ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned accounts.
Assist with the development of an accurate sales forecast relating to current customer growth on a real-time basis.
Work with the Marketing and Product Management teams to provide product updates, train, and increase awareness of Hyland solutions.
Collaborate with all available partner and company resources to maintain an accurate pipeline.
Update partner related sales activities in company CRM.
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy.
What will make you successful:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience in software sales and/or channel sales.
Demonstrated knowledge of sales in relevant technology solutions.
Proficiency in demonstrating the company's solution set.
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient.
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others.
Strong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels.
Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversight.
Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within a team as well as with other areas.
Up to 50% travel time required.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
