We are looking for a Project Manager to join our HR Foundations programme.The HR Foundations programme consists of 6 projects, and you will be responsible for three, namely:Workday Payroll FeedJob Catalogue CompletionWorkday Help Optimisation ProjectIn the Workday Payroll Feed, we are implementing a feed from Workday into local payroll systems providing key data points. In the Workday Help Optimisation, we are looking at improving the Workday Help Functionality for the UK Shared Service center.In this role, you will work closely with the different regions and countries and play a key role in communications and moderation between the program team and the local stakeholders. You will run workshops to explain processes and gather local requirements. You will also play a pivotal role in testing prototypes of Workday together with the technical program team. Next to working on the projects you are running, you will be supporting the other projects where needed.We are looking for someone who has strong communication and prioritisation skills, as well as attention to detail and is used to a rapidly changing environment.
