The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of financial information and the efficient operation of administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:Accounting and Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors. Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts.Administrative Management: Oversee office management functions, ensuring efficient administrative support across the organization. Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract administration.
