Technical skills and personal attributes are required to interact with both internal and external clients, as well as complete involvement in the daily management of the portfolio. We need someone like you to help support the Middle Office team of Trade & Working Capital Solutions in processing Receivables programs and preparing month-end management information:Processing programs: offers and reconciliations.Preparation of financial calculations.Preparation of management information and month-end metrics.Active collaboration with business teams to ensure work and service levels are in line with Business Support quality standards.Active participation in business meetings, showing a collaborative attitude and raising all relevant points of general interest that must accompany the correct closing and operation of transactions.Support business in developing new products or structures as well as new initiatives to encourage the use of programs.Proper follow-up of the live portfolio with a special focus on overdue accounts, actively managing recovery efforts to ensure compliance with our obligations to the client and the insurer to guarantee proper portfolio coverage.Assume personal responsibility for the portfolio you manage, through close collaboration with colleagues, placing our clients (both internal and external) at the center of everything we do.Improve efficiency and productivity by reducing our response time and increasing business scalability.Analyze processes that can be automated, studying their feasibility, sharing them, and presenting a deployment plan.Promote a culture of excellence and quality by demonstrating a solid risk control attitude, ensuring that all operational risk events are reported and escalated through the team's escalation channels.Implement agreed actions (compliance with agreed procedures, KPI measures, etc
