The Credit Controller will manage and optimize the resources of the Credit Department, with the objective of reducing losses due to 'bad debts', maximizing debt recovery, and improving the client's balance sheet.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish communication with the customer service department and the sales team to increase the recovery of invoices and past due customer balances.Ensure that disputes are resolved according to responsibilities defined in the procedures. (Litigation is not resolved by the Credit Management team).Provide key indicators and monthly reports both locally and at the Group level.If necessary, manage relations with collection agencies.Help the organization to create a credit scoring model.Periodically monitor credit reviews.Define and execute Bad Debt Provisions and Write offs.Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
