Your responsibilities Contact 3-4 construction companies to obtain quotes and determine the most beneficial option for the client.Liase with the client's lawyer to obtain all necessary planning permissions.Build a 3D model of the property using Sketchup or other software based on the final floorplan.Produce 3D renders for renovation using Vray or other software for marketing material.With the client's input, determine which fixtures and fittings should be ordered to stay within the budget and fit the design of the renovation.Visit the project on an ongoing basis to ensure that work is being completed according to the timeline agreed with the construction company and that work is up to standard.Liase with the construction company throughout the process to ensure that fixtures and fittings arrive on time (tiles, taps, sinks, etc.
). Pay: 1,300.00€ - 1,700.00€ per month
