Our client is a fast-growing, international food industry company, specializing in Italian food and wines.
They are looking for someone to join their Administrative team in their office in the center of Barcelona and become part of the family.
You would be a great fit if you are proactive, a team player, and have a special interest in food and wine.
Tareas Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording financial transactions, verifying the accuracy of entries, and reconciling discrepancies.
Classify invoices and expenses; prepare monthly reportsand actualize Excel files; manage payment entries; and record receipts from customers.
Help to prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses as required.
Contribute to month-end and year-end close procedures.
Accurately input financial data into accounting software, Business Central, and maintain organized records.
Collaborate in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Provide support during internal and external audits, as needed.
Requisitos Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Advanced level of Excel.
Knowledge in Accounting.
Experience with ERP systems, especially Business Central or similar platforms.
Good communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Flexible, hands-on, and oriented towards continuous improvement.
Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
