What You'll Do:You will manage our global internal channels, curating global communications aimed at engaging 3,700+ TomTom'ers worldwide.You will drive employee communications, empowering TomTom'ers everywhere to make their voice heard and connect to one another.You will advise your stakeholders (employees, local teams, departments, senior leadership, and the Executive Management Board) on how to communicate most effectively and consistently across the organization.You will lead global (big and small) projects, programs, events, initiatives, and campaigns, from engagement surveys to our quarterly All-Hands meetings.You will contribute to shaping our world-class employee experience.You will drive communications strategy effectiveness and optimization through analytics.What You'll Need:You have at least four years of experience and proven success in Internal, Corporate, PR, or marketing communications roles.You are a natural storyteller and know how to write the perfect call to action.You are a quick and thorough thinker!
