QAD is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to take on the role of VP Sales ERP in the EMEA region.
With the successful introduction of QAD's adaptive ERP, our rapid deployment, agile and cloud/SaaS first approach, we believe there is no better time to join our organization.
The VP Sales ERP for EMEA will collaborate with peers and management from sales and other functional areas and will actively intervene as required during the sales cycle process and/or in the customer relationship.
This role can be remote in the UK, Spain, Ireland or the Netherlands and will require extensive travel regionally and globally.
What You'll DoLead, manage and develop the QAD ERP Sales team in EMEA to generate new customer growth and cloud software subscription revenue from QAD prospects.Formulate Challenger-based strategies and develop actionable territory and account plans to drive a qualified pipeline.Manage opportunity forecasting and funnel management and participate in executive deal reviews.Effectively organize various internal and external teams to work together to drive deals through complex sales cycles.Thrive working in a fast-paced and intense sales environment.Responsible for the regular & effective update of the global sales within the CRM tool.
Ensure compliance of applicable rules & procedures.Implement and follow up on the overall actions required for the achievement of the Sales objectives in accordance with the sales policy and the sales budget.Work in close relationships with the various company departments and share the information collected on the field regarding the market & the competition.What You'll NeedBachelors or Master Degree in Business, Marketing or other related degree (preferred).10+ years Sales, Marketing & PreSales experience in enterprise SaaS software sales.A successful track record of developing and managing a sales team that handles complex sales cycles.A Challenger mindset - Teach, Tailor, and Take Control.Demonstrable record of enterprise software sales success ideally into the manufacturing industry sector (ERP Software sales experience preferred).A high-energy, process-driven individual hungry for growth and team success.Deep understanding of complex sales and net new customer acquisition processes.Comfort working in a collaboratively competitive environment and driving continuous improvement in the team and wider sales function.Have the breadth and versatility to function both at the strategic and tactical level.Demonstrate QAD core values - Partnership with Our Customers, Commitment to Excellence, Innovation, Global Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect for the Individual.The ability to travel extensively; up to 60%.What We OfferYour health and well-being are important to us at QAD.
