Job Description
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our various departments (e.g.
Production, Business Development, Marketing) and enable a fast & personal candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews independently and work with us to find the best talent for our departments.
- Take responsibility for applicant management and coordinate appointments between internal interview partners and our candidates.
- Position yourself as a sparring partner for our specialist departments through your professional approach.
- Proactively contribute your ideas and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends.
Qualifications
- Passion for human resources and practical experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company.
- Excellent language skills in English and German (at least level C1), Spanish would be a huge plus!
- Enjoyment of a dynamic corporate culture and a high degree of independence and personal responsibility.
- A structured way of working and the talent to inspire people.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or a similar field is an advantage, but not required.
