We are looking for an enthusiastic Keyholder to support the store leadership team by overseeing sales and customer service, training team members, and directing daily store operations when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure we always deliver great customer service.
Lead a sales culture and enhance the customer experience.
Recognize and reward performance.
Guide, train, and support team members.
Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
Ensure the store is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Open and close the store when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS: Passionate about our performance-driven brand.
1 year of experience in a retail environment.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Fluency in the local language and/or English.
Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well in a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous leadership experience.
Previous experience in a retail environment.

Physical Requirements: Able to move or relocate products up to 12 kg.
Able to stand and move for extended periods to handle products, with brief breaks.
Able to access all areas of the store, including sales, stock, and registers.
