This includes reviewing user flagging reports regarding content on the platform.
It is a very detail-oriented role, where concentration and maturity are of high importance.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Review user flagging reports regarding website contentUnderstand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelinesAnalyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely mannerReview the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of qualityRecognise trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policiesUse market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user communityReview sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjectsYour Qualifications: You speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2)Experience within content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments is a plus, but not a mustAffinity with social media platformsYou have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills
