Team Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration: Buildup, manage and develop the Data and Insights team into a global high performing team, that is defining, delivering and scaling value based on insights from data (different data sources, e.g. IoT, customer, user, ERP, CRM, ...)
Manage and run a diverse team – in different countries – with data-POs, data engineers, program managers, external partners (e.g. Microsoft, Databricks), data platform competencies, ...
Work closely directly with the CDO and fellow leaders to jointly drive the business transformation enabled by data and digital
Close collaboration with global digital and data business leaders as well as functional leaders (e.g. IT, finance) to build a joined x-TKE team to deliver the solutions end2end
Value Creation and Strategic Road-Mapping: Create tangible value (EUR, time to market, decision making, ...) based on insights from data and related digital solutions – making use of relevant competencies, modern tools and technology.
