Your commercial experience, problem-solving mindset, and creative approach will be crucial in supporting, advising, designing, building, delivering, and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem from start to finish.Collaborating with project managers to drive Salesforce adoption and optimization, you'll create business requirements, draft specifications, map process flows, contribute to design and configuration, and oversee testing and deployment.Key Responsibilities:As a Salesforce Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:Participate in client discovery sessions with a primary focus on documentation of existing business processes and identifying client needs.Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively.Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and data upload.Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.Lead the development of solutions built on Salesforce and configure the application by the project plan.Translate requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.Experience writing user stories: write clear, concise, and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria to guide development teams.Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.Oversee data migration, ensuring integrity and accuracy
