.About the opportunityWe are seeking a KYB Senior Specialist to support the creation and implementation of new KYB (Know Your Business) processes and team focused on the German market.Our KYB Operations team is expanding its capabilities and building new processes from the ground up to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for business customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping KYB processes, influence cross-functional projects, and contribute to the growth of the business while adhering to a customer-first mindset.In this role, you will:Take ownership of building and executing KYB processes for business customers in the German market, ensuring compliance with German regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal teams (e.G., Legal, Compliance, and Tech) to design workflows, address challenges, and resolve escalations.Support with the onboarding of a new KYB Operations team, including training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance.Support team lead with monitoring and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to KYB operations, driving continuous improvements using data insights.Act as the primary point of contact for escalated KYB cases, ensuring efficient resolution and exceptional service.Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and well-organized KYB documentation.What you need to be successful:Background:Bachelor's degree in e.G., Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.2+ years of experience in Know Your Business (KYB), Compliance, or Financial Operations within a regulated environment (e.G., banking, fintech).Proven experience in building or optimizing operational processes, preferably within a new team or startup environment.Skills:Strong understanding of German regulatory requirements related to KYB and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.Proficiency in tools like e.G., Salesforce, JIRA, or other relevant platforms.Exceptional organizational skills with a strong emphasis on team building, fostering collaboration, and creating a positive and cohesive team environment.What's in it for you:Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe's most talked about disruptors.
