To be successful at this position, we think you should: Be fully proficient in English and (German or Spanish) Have experience with SaaS products in order to study our product Excel at communicating complex processes in a simple way Contribute to the design of products and services that provide value to users Interface with clients to determine their needs and motivations; set expectations, and develop solutions that give users what they want and need Develop a research plan with clear objectives and useful conclusions Collect data through one-on-one sessions, surveys, and research with customers Be a good team player and collaborator with other areas and departments - Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design... Have research competitors and benchmarking experience User Testing tool experience could be a great plus Coming from the HR industry is a big plus Having work experience with HR tools in the past is a plus also Knowing how to run complex software implementations is a great plus Your main responsibilities are: Managing customer segments and strengthening relationships with our customers with the goal of increasing net retention.
Supporting customers to roll out additional parts of the platform later and enabling them to have the best possible impact by using Kenjo.
Gathering feedback and user stories directly from our customers, consulting with ideas to improve the product and working closely with the product and engineering team to constantly improve the product.
