We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Analyst (Salesforce) with CPQ, billing, and eCommerce knowledge to join our Salesforce team. Act as a liaison between the IT department and our business stakeholders. Develop a trusting relationship by communicating on a regular basis, providing transparency, and creating a positive, cooperative working relationship between IT and the rest of the business.
Demonstrate awareness and a deep understanding of relevant business processes. Work closely with our business stakeholders to gain and later support their domain-specific processes.
Cultivate an awareness of their current and future needs, identifying, addressing, and communicating possible IT and/or automation implications. Leverage your understanding of the current automation of CPQ, billing, and eCommerce business processes. Gain sufficient knowledge of our current automation of CPQ, billing, and eCommerce processes from end to end, including all integrated solutions and complemented with manual steps.
Analyze business needs. Identify needs via regular communication with business stakeholders. Elicit requirements efficiently via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, interviews, documentation, etc. Translate business needs into business requirements documentation and make specifications of detailed functional requirements in user stories.
Support training: In cooperation with the business, develop training materials relevant for our business stakeholders related to our CPQ automation, billing, or eCommerce implementations.
System configuration: Perform Salesforce CPQ, billing, or eCommerce configuration when a solution can be provided without customization/coding (clicks and buttons), for example, by setting up products and pricing rules, templates, reports, roles, etc.
Ensure that the validation process allows us to assess the value delivered by the solution (e.g., by reviewing testing scenarios and making sure that those cover the business requirements in the scope of a project; by ensuring that testers represent users sufficiently). Support E2E testing prior to UAT testing. Coordinate testing activities and ensure the right bug resolution and CR process. Support business in the validation process, acting as an expert regarding the system functionality.
Post-implementation support, solving production bugs, analysis, and implementation of evolution CRs in close contact with key users, internal technical specialists, and external IT partner(s). Build positive, collaborative relationships with your team members, focused on knowledge sharing and joint success.
