ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor the company's Compliance Management Program in Portugal, including planning, organizing, and overseeing daily compliance activities.Serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities, particularly the Banco de Portugal, the Unidade de Informação Financeira, and other relevant authorities to meet the obligations under the AML / CFT regulatory framework. This includes handling both regular and ad hoc communications and responding to inquiries from these authorities.Facilitate the development, updating, and implementation of AML / CFT policies and procedures, ensuring Ria Payment Institution EP SA is informed of all AML / CFT requirements applicable in Portugal.Monitor compliance with AML / CFT requirements in Portugal on behalf of Ria Payment Institution EP SA, ensuring that agents in the territory adhere to the prescribed policies, controls, and procedures.Train agents, employees, and clients in collaboration with senior management on managing various company activities.
