ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor the company's Compliance Management Program in Portugal, including planning, organizing, and overseeing daily compliance activities.Serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities, particularly the Banco de Portugal, the Unidade de Informação Financeira, and other relevant authorities to meet the obligations under the AML / CFT regulatory framework. This includes handling both regular and ad hoc communications and responding to inquiries from these authorities.Facilitate the development, updating, and implementation of AML / CFT policies and procedures, ensuring Ria Payment Institution EP SA is informed of all AML / CFT requirements applicable in Portugal.Monitor compliance with AML / CFT requirements in Portugal on behalf of Ria Payment Institution EP SA, ensuring that agents in the territory adhere to the prescribed policies, controls, and procedures.Train agents, employees, and clients in collaboration with senior management on managing various company activities. Ensure consistent reporting and communication with Ria Payment Institution EP SA management.Provide advice and support to the business as needed concerning product launches to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements, educate Product Owners on compliance requirements, and address emerging compliance issues.QualificationsAnalytical and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to make independent decisions.Results-Oriented: A pragmatic and meticulous approach to achieving business objectives.Priority Identification: Capable of recognizing and addressing key priorities.Problem Solving and Decision Making: Proficient in analyzing complex information to pinpoint critical issues and implement solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Stress Management: Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure or in challenging situations.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the use of MS Office.Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required, with Spanish being highly preferable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
