Your Role Within our Kingdom: As a Product Manager in New Games, you will play a crucial role in crafting and improving the player experience for our new titles with an initial focus on an unannounced midcore title.
Specifically, you'll: Define the strategy, roadmap, and plans for your areas of responsibility, aligning it with the overall game experience and business goals and proactively identifying new opportunities.Drive product, testing, and optimization roadmaps together with collaborators.Write and collaborate efficiently on product, feature, and test specifications.Present key findings to game team and studio leadership in an effective and concise way.Partner closely with other crafts (game design, developers, artists, etc.) and collaborate with internal partners such as legal, marketing, finance, etc.Leverage data, analytics, research, and player insight studies to understand the game, providing analysis and recommendations to drive improvement.Provide stakeholders with regular or ad-hoc updates.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and player preferences to inform the product.Share standard methodology across the team and wider organization.Skills to Create Thrills: You are a passionate problem solver and have the ability to draw data-driven business insights. You are proactive and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment whilst communicating efficiently with teams and individuals across new games.
