Job Details: Salesforce Commerce Cloud is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant who will be responsible for pre-sales technical assistance for the sales teams. This individual will perform technical presentations and demonstrations of our Commerce Cloud platform.
The Senior Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and be able to identify all the technical and business issues to sales prospects to assure complete customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and communicate solution messaging at both a technical and business levelProvide industry expertise and guidance to clientsCommunicate technical solutions in a business mannerAuthor and provide presentations both to executive-level and working-level client audiencesPresent standard software demonstrationsDevelop and present custom demonstrations based on prospective client requirements using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XMLProvide solution insight paralleling the solution to client needsGuide prospective clients to the merits and strengths of the Commerce solutionAssist account executives in development of Target Account Selling strategiesRemain current in industry and technology trendsDocument all prospective client meetings and decisions in Sales ForceArticulate market requests and needs to R&D and Marketing organizations in clear, concise mannerAssist account executives in development of proposals and RFI/RFP responsesOrganize communications between teams and external vendors to develop solutionsQualificationsProven experience in sales, marketing, operations, and/or consulting experience in a software companyProven track record in giving sales-oriented presentations to executive-level audiencesSuccessful participation in sales cycles in a pre-sales/consulting roleExceptional oral and written communications skills in French & EnglishAbility to manage multiple prospects and activities concurrentlyStrong and creative problem-solving and analytical skillsHighly motivated, persuasive, and success-driven personality with high attention to detailAbility to work as part of a teameCommerce and retail industry knowledge are a plusKnowledge of technologies such as commerce, marketing, loyalty, payment is welcomeAbility to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationallyBachelor's Degree in related fieldFluency in Spanish and English is requiredAccommodations Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
