A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relation Supervisor to be part of a luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain - Sotogrande, San Roque (Cádiz).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Be present on time for the shift, ensuring a standard presentable image of the hotel (hair style, uniform & grooming). Supervise the lobby area regarding cleanliness, light, ashtrays, and brochures; take necessary actions on the spot. Follow up on last day operations: address any VIP guests who didn't show up and take necessary actions on pending items. Ensure VIP arrivals for the day are prepared with room assignments as per guest requests, transportation, and amenities. Inspect VIP rooms for cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities; ensure standards are respected. Be available in the lobby for guest contact, distribute guest comments, up-sell ALL Stars card membership, and encourage guest feedback. Follow up on long-staying guest requests: provide courtesy calls and send amenities as per their requests. Prepare for TOP VIP departures: revise bills and contact guests for departure arrangements including transportation, packing, and late check-out. Be present in the lobby to address any guest complaints. Supervise lobby lighting from daytime to nighttime, including lighting candles and switching on lights according to standards. Supervise the guest relations schedule and breaks. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 1 year of experience in a comparable responsible role in high-end hospitality, ideally in luxury lifestyle. Fluent in English and Spanish. Passion for excellence.
