Job Summary: Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
Principal Responsibilities: Business Process Consulting & Design:Business process consultingProactive business process analysisProcess documentation, documentation of process change requirementsUser acceptance test management & support (utilizing adequate test tools, i.e., HP Quality Centre)Implementation and post go-live support (2nd level)Preparation of digital training content and execution of user trainingsCore User Coordination:Support of regional core usersContinuous exchange (Calls & Meetings, pick-up of process enhancement ideas)Organization & management of user acceptance testsSupport of implementation of software releases & patchesProject Management and Collaboration in regional & global projects:Organisation and management of tactical business projectsCollaboration and interaction within strategic and global projectsTogether with Strategic Business Process Managers to align regional processes to the global EMEA standardJob Level Specifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceVery good understanding of the business process value chain and the economical and logistical contexts of wholesale distributionWorking experience in one of these areas mandatory:Sales or Sales Support / Customer SupportPurchasing or Supplier OperationsMaterial Data ManagementSAP user knowledge in one of the above-mentioned areas requiredMicrosoft Office user knowledge mandatoryStrong analytical skillsStructured working methods and ability to work independentlyKnow-how in process analysis and process designSolid teamwork and interpersonal skillsVery good communication skillsProject management basicsEnglish (fluent)The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
