Empresas: Six Senses IbizaResponsibilities:I will work in partnership with other departments to ensure guests' needs are determined/met and oversee the overall smooth operation of guest arrivals.I will have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort including type of rooms available as well as their location and layout, selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans, credit policy of the hotel and reservation coding.Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.I will update when required of the guest history and profile system.I will maintain guest experience as a focal point, acting or directing accordingly any guest requests to ensure its execution.I will review daily arrivals to ensure everything is ready for a seamless arrival experience, with a sense of anticipation and identifying and executing upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.I will handle guest complaints, suggestions and/or compliments, to log and report them appropriately in the system, to take prompt and effective action and to follow up until its closure.I will comply with the cashier procedures and reports accordingly and timely, including a well-balanced bank assigned by the Resort.I will provide all info needed to both Finance and/or Management team in Front of House when unannouncedly audit the cashier closure procedures.I will perform any additional tasks given by Front Desk Supervisor or above in the organization.Qualifications:I possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than two years experience in a similar hotel operational role.I am personally involved, visible with excellent organizational skills, capable of providing focused direction and continuing to establish the property's prominent position within the market.I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer.Advanced MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.I am also familiar with various hotel systems including Micros POS, Opera PMS, and CRM platforms.I have knowledge of hotel/resort policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language and customs.Requisitos: #J-18808-Ljbffr
