This job is with PageGroup, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Responsibilities:Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for diverse level profiles, ensuring a pleasant experience for potential talents.Accountable for high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for complex searches and functions; including proactive sourcing to build a pipeline for future talent needs.Creating innovative approaches to attract talents by leveraging social media platforms and advanced sourcing tools.Conducting competency-based interviews and assessments in any Nordic language & English.Building and maintaining a network of candidates through a targeted approach and recruitment.Updating and managing all candidate & client activity through an Applicant Tracking System.Collaborating with the rest of the recruitment team to support process improvements and share best practices to meet the needs of recruiting.Requirements:Fluency in any of the Nordic languages and English.Experience in recruitment, resource management, or candidate research.Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage different stakeholders and influence over the phone/video.Commercial acumen - You are alert to commercial opportunities and information.Systems user who values accurate and timely data, whilst balancing timelines and deadline requirements.Challenger and like to surpass yourself daily.Curious, rigorous, and autonomous.Your adaptability, reactivity, dynamism, and sense of responsibility will be undeniable assets for this position.Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC).Competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona, various well-being activity options.#LI-DNI
