Responsibilities:Conduct feasibility review with project team and ensure that all customer specifications are understood and reflected within the product and the relevant processes.Act as VC project manager to support customer APQP activities.Follow timing of new launches and ensure success of on-time IRR.Escalate risks within the project to ensure corrective activities in time.Provide feedback to internal project team to secure design is feasible to manufacture.Review and approve Project PVP and PVP&R.Support PFMEA and Control plan, and capability monitoring concept development according to customer requirements, to secure robust processes after PPAP.Support VC ProMAP core team meetings.Contribute to Lesson Learnt process.Qualifications:Education: Degree in Engineering, Technician.
Professional Experience: Preferred 5 years, Automotive experience within Development and/or Quality function of customers, understanding of processes at customer side (customer portals) is recommended but not mandatory.
Specialized Knowledge: Project Management skills, Problem solving skills, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Quality core tools (SPC; MSA; APQP; FMEA; PPAP), Quality Management System, Experiences in auditing (VDA6.3, CQI).
Languages: Fluent English desired.
Others: Management skills, Analytical mindset, Teamwork, Target oriented, Willingness to travel within reason, open mindset for cultural differences.
