This role involves developing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimise risks. The Compliance Manager works closely with various departments to foster a culture of integrity and transparency.Responsibilities:Supervise and provide guidance to the Compliance team in their daily tasks, particularly in the completion of Due Diligences, ensuring all activities are conducted accurately and within deadlines.Create and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current laws and regulations.Conduct internal audits and periodic reviews to identify potential compliance issues and propose corrective actions.Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance and ethical topics.Investigate potential compliance breaches and work on incident resolution, ensuring proper documentation and implementation of corrective measures.Provide advice to senior management and other departments on compliance and regulatory risk issues.Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance-related risks.Prepare compliance reports for senior management and, when necessary, for regulatory bodies.Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that affect the company and ensure the company adapts quickly to these changes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.6 years of experience, of which at least 3 years focused in a Compliance or audit role, with a focus on managing compliance-related responsibilities.Experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.Compliance certification is a plus.Deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.Experience in implementing compliance programs.Prior experience managing teams within a compliance function is essential.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions.High level of integrity and professional ethics.Required high legal English level.
