What you'll do Coordinate the activities of the Principal Engineers, that are dedicated to developing new EWC solutions for our customers.
Assure the proper distribution of the workload inside the team.
Ensure consistency with Team and Division Goals and respect of KPIs.
Monitor the performance of the team and highlight needs and risks to senior management where necessary.
Be familiar with process design of a wide range of membrane based water treatment process technologies (Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, MBR, etc.) and possibly wastewater technologies (DAF, flocculation, Biological treatment).
Be familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, General Arrangement, data sheets, troubleshooting list, etc.).
Be able to read and provide comments on analytical reports showing chemical-physical characterization of different kinds of water sources (i.e. well water, brackish water, sea water, wastewater, process water).
Have knowledge of Safety & Environmental aspects of legislation in Europe as well as CE certification requirements and ISO QA requirements.
What you'll need To be located in Spain or France.
Education: Chemical / Environmental Engineering Master Degree.
More than 10 years experience in water treatment membrane based technologies Design, Construction, Commissioning and start-up (RO, UF, NF, EDI, MBR).
Proven experience with main wastewater treatment technologies (Chemical-physical, DAF, Biological treatment, MMF, sludge dewatering).
Proven experience managing, reviewing and validating main Engineering documents necessary to develop water treatment plants.
Proven experience managing and coordinating work groups and resources.
Communication skills: English fluent written and verbal.
