We are looking for aConfiguration Manager System Analystfor our Governance, Quality, and Compliance department to offer services to a multinational company.TASKS:Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB), including attributes and relationships.Support implementation of CMDB enhancements.Advise/consult System Leads in creation of CMDB design.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot problems related to CMDB processes.Support the creation of SOPs.Create/adjust formal test plans and execute test reports.Creation of (regulated) documents in a validated environment.Produce and publish management reports from CMDB.Ongoing maintenance, optimization, innovation, and consulting on IT processes as well as project management.Related processes to maintain the data in close collaboration with the Enterprise Configuration Management Process Owner.Build a bridge to developers, create and test stories, analyze issues, raise new demands, and support to map system designs to the CMDB model.SKILLS:ITIL skills.Experience with Asset or Configuration Management and other IT processes (Incident-, Problem-, Change Management).IT Service Management platform (preferably ServiceNow).Experience in an international work environment.Fluent in English.SCHEDULE:Flexible hours from Monday to Friday.During COVID - Full-time remote.After COVID - days of office work | days remote.CONDITIONS:Salary package based on your profile.Ticket restaurant included in-office hours.Flexible compensation plan (free of income tax) where we provide you with medical insurance, public transport ticket, and childcare check.Discounts gym network.Training catalogue.Our goal is that you are well in every way!#J-18808-Ljbffr
