Supply Chain Executive (Hybrid)

SGF Global is looking for a Supply Chain Executive for a manufacturing enterprise in Madrid, Spain.
Requirements2 years in a similar position.Bachelor's in Science, Business Administration, or similar.Analytics skills, Communication skills, Teamwork.Knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, or ERP.Fluent in Spanish and English.
French (nice to have).Full time (8h).ResponsibilitiesTo issue orders depending on the date and amount established in the system.To define the production place from the homologated supplier's network, depending on the workloads, price negotiation, and quality.To carry out replenishment tasks and manage the component's availability for production.To manage stocks and components inventories.To follow up on the deliveries of subcontracted orders to the delivery address.To manage incidences or other questions referred to manufacturing.To keep Supply Planning informed of modifications concerning delivery dates and quantities related to product availability.To keep the system updated to ensure maximum reliability in deliveries (date and amount) and stocks in subcontractors.To carry out orders creation, info record, and source list.To manage stocks and inventories management tools.To follow up on KPIs of the area.To implement action plans arising from the KPIs and collaborate in the implementation of improvement measures.To manage non-conformities.
