The Role:We're looking for our exceptionally driven Employer Branding Manager. You'll join the People & Talent team to help us scale our Employer Branding strategy globally. You'll oversee Wallbox's next year's employer branding strategy and take it to the next level. You will play an instrumental role in helping to attract hundreds of new colleagues.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement alongside your team a global strategy for attracting the world's best talent in both Barcelona (HQ) and in our Expansion countries.Support the hiring strategy by creating, developing, and implementing bold marketing campaigns that strengthen Wallbox's employer brand and support our vision of being the best company to work at globally.Collaborate closely with Marketing to build social media content for People. Requirements:Business / Management / Marketing / Content and Communications Management background.HR management background and at least 3 years of Employer Branding experience.Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable; especially in a new environment where people are dispersed between the different offices and working from home.Seeing the big picture, to understand priorities and being able to work and succeed in a scaling and fast-paced company.You are strategic, creative, innovative, and critical thinking.Significant experience in project management.Experience overseeing the development of communication and/or messaging of internal brand strategies.Passion for communications and people management.High / Native level of English.
