Passionate people create exceptional things The Role In this position, you will approach customers from all segments of the Assembly Industry (Vehicle Industry, Aerospace, Offroad) to promote and develop our new portfolio of Data Driven Services and Software support Solutions from customer connection to custom and valued paying solutions. You will also ensure customer satisfaction, high profitability, and orders received through intelligent concepts of Data Based Services. In order to ensure team successes, you will drive close cooperation within the 3 divisions (Motor Vehicle Industry, General Industry, Service) Sales, Marketing, and technical Teams. You will report directly to the Business Line Manager (BLM) of our Service (SCE) business line and be in close relation with the DDS & Software Team of the division. Position is located in Spain (headquarters in Madrid-Coslada).
About the job Atlas Copco's future Service development is focused on Data Driven Services and Software contracts! You will be autonomously in charge of developing Software support and DDS related solutions.
Your mission includes: Development of new potential business in the area of service. Generate market insights to position Atlas Copco Tools as a leader in data-based services. Get Enthusiast customers with the product "Alture" and downstream optimization packages. Be responsible for co-designing and executing sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results and set future goals for product and service sales. Ensure the coordination between Sales commitments and IT technical Team execution. Extend DDS-Alture Sales as options to various Service products like Contracts, Software Services, and Tightening Services. Roll out Market penetration activities, supporting local sales teams and presenting Alture to customers on-site to achieve a high connection rate. Ensure follow-up appointments with the customer to make the added value of data-based services tangible. What you should bring along: Several years proven experience in Value based sales and business development of technical products or software solutions. Strategic thinking. Completed studies / Technical academic degree within mechanical Engineering or other relevant area and high application knowledge around Software and/or data related solutions. Very good in English, Spanish, and French speaking and writing. Spanish would be an advantage.
